The encryption protocols utilized in 4G radios for Global Push-to-Talk (PTT) communications ensure highly secure and reliable transmissions, making them a trusted solution for sensitive voice or data communications. · Robust Network-Level Encryption: Our 4G radios operate over LTE networks, which employ AES-128 encryption to protect all transmissions over the air interface. This industry-standard encryption guarantees that any data exchanged between the device and the network remains private and cannot be intercepted by unauthorized parties. Additionally, LTE's built-in integrity protection algorithms ensure that any tampering or unauthorized alterations are detected immediately.

· End-to-End Encryption for Critical Communications: To further secure communications, we implement AES-256 encryption at the application level for all voice, (video, and data transmissions) if applicable. This end-to-end encryption ensures that sensitive communications are protected throughout their entire journey—from the transmitting device to the receiving party—regardless of the underlying network infrastructure. This ensures that even in the unlikely event of a breach at the network level, the content of the transmission remains fully encrypted and inaccessible.

1.      Secure Key Management and Dynamic Keying: Encryption keys are securely managed through over-the-air provisioning and dynamic keying mechanisms, which regularly rotate encryption keys during communication sessions. This prevents unauthorized access and ensures the highest level of protection against security threats such as key compromise.

2.      Industry-Standard Encryption Protocols: For session management and signalling data, our Global PTT system uses industry-standard protocols such as Transport Layer Security (TLS) to protect all control and signalling communications. This provides additional protection against unauthorized access, man-in-the-middle attacks, and data manipulation.

3.      Compliance with Mission-Critical Standards: Our system is fully compliant with international standards such as 3GPP Mission Critical Push-to-Talk (MCPTT), which mandates the highest levels of encryption and security for public safety and mission-critical communications. This ensures that your transmissions are protected using best-in-class security technologies that are trusted by industries and agencies worldwide.

Our 4G radios are strictly push-to-talk devices and do not have the capability to store any data. They are designed solely for communication purposes, with no functionality to record or retain user information. All communication is handled in real-time without any storage capabilities within the device itself.

In the event a radio is lost or stolen, Radioworx UK provides a rapid and effective solution.

Remote deactivation of the affected device can be initiated immediately, ensuring the unit is rendered inoperable and preventing any further unauthorized access to your communication network. This mitigates potential security risks and ensures the integrity of your system remains intact.

As part of our security commitment for 4G radios, we ensure that all customer data is stored exclusively on our secure platform, which is directly linked to the customer's account. This data is limited to identifying the purchaser's name, address, and contact information, solely for the purpose of maintaining the account and identifying the account holder. No additional data is collected or stored on any other medium. Furthermore, this information remains on the platform only for the duration that the customer wishes the account to remain active. Once the account is deactivated, all associated data is promptly removed, ensuring complete privacy and security.
